Cannock – Pye Green Road
CCR is delivering a development on behalf of Primrose Property in Cannock, Staffordshire. Primrose purchased the site following the grant of planning permission and are employing CCR to build and run the project team to deliver the units. Negotiation is underway on the unit lettings with the Co-Op group taking a lease on the anchor unit.
Bradwell – Bluebell Meadow
CCR is delivering a local centre development on behalf of Midpoint Developments Limited. CCR are employed to deliver all aspects of this scheme from acquisition through to completion. Planning will be submitted Spring 2021 with Construction anticipated to commence in Autumn 2021 and completion in spring 2022.
Wellingborough – Stanton Cross
CCR is advising on delivery of a neighbourhood centre on the c.4,000 home residential expansion to the east of Wellingborough. This centre forms the focus point of the development and CCR is working to develop a mix of uses that will be of significant benefit to the new residential catchment.
