I have been working in land and property for over 13 years starting out in minerals and waste development, followed by solar farm development, before applying my trade in commercial development, specifically food retail and supporting uses for the past 7 years.
Working for Sainsburys acquiring both for their convenience and supermarket channels provided my first insight into retail property development and allowed me to manage professional teams both internally and externally to deliver a complex and challenging pipeline of stores from conception to point of trade whilst looking after the best interests of the business.
Following my time at Sainsburys I went to the coal face and front end development. Working for Newcrest Estates I established and ran a series of developments across the UK. I covered all aspects of development from site identification and acquisition through to construction and eventual investment disposal.
This range of experience gives me a unique position to provide development services having been employed on both the occupier and development sides of very reputable businesses.
